The Massawippi Union Church, built in the New England style in 1861, stands to this day as a reminder of the village’s American roots. Though it is now seldom used, the church is still occasionally opened for services and other community events.

Scope and content
The fonds contains source material on Church organizations, management, affairs, and activities as well as donation records and renovation programs for the Massawippi Union Church and Massawippi Town Hall from 1950-2002. It consists of minutes from the Board of Trustees of the Massawippi Union church and Massawippi Cemetery Association, correspondences, reports, financial statements, treasurer records, press clippings, floor plans, renovation projects and budgets, and photographs. The fonds is compromised of the following series: Board of Trustees (1950-2002), Massawippi Cemetery Association (1923-1997), Donations (1977-2001), Building and Property (1951-2001), and Photographs (198[?]-199[?]).
