The file consists of primary source material on the business affairs of the Naylor family in Missisquoi County from around the 1870s to 1975. It consists largely of photographs of boats, advertisements for steamship excursions and lumber, shipping receipts, an advertisement for Ile-aux-Noix Park, letterhead for "Naylor's summer resort", and a history of the Vaughan and Naylor shipping history. Among the boats represented in the file are the "Missisquoi," the "Majestic," the "Ojibway," the "Daisy," the "Windsor," and the "Island Queen."

The item consists of a photograph of man standing in front of the intersection of Wellington and Depot Streets in Sherbrooke, with the Grand Trunk Railway yards in the background, probably taken in the 1920s.
The collection contains source material on travel in the Province of Quebec. It consists of a train ticket from Marieville to Drummondville and Canadian Pacific Railway travel brochures in Quebec featuring the Laurentian Mountain District, Fishing and Shooting and Transatlantic Services, and a scrapbook. The compiler of the scrapbook is unknown and consists of theatre programmes, newspaper and magazine clippings, greeting cards, and two water colours, largely from Europe. It also includes references to a Gottinger Corps as well as documents pertaining to the death of Bishop Williams. The collection is comprised of the following series: Train Ticket ([188-?]), Travel Brochures ([191-?] -[195-?]), and Scrapbook (1876-1901).
