Bowen, Reuben W. Leonard and John D. Cameron for the building of the railway; and correspondence, notes, and estimates related to the railway and to the construction of a line between Newington in Sherbrooke and Tobins Mills. One letter is addressed to Frank Grundy, Manager of the Quebec Central Railway in Sherbrooke. The file also includes a map showing the route of the Cobourg, Northumberland and Pacific Railway Company and its connections.
