(née Webster) Emery, the community of Hatley (village), and organizations in the area from 1888 to 1959. It consists of scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings, largely pertaining to the Hatley village area, as well as original poetry by Helen M. Emery. The scrapbooks were compiled by Helen M. Emery and continued by her daughter, Sadie (née Emery) Webster, following her death in 1923.

The fonds contains source material on the property, financial, and estate-related transactions of Frances Chamberlin Barnum's family and the Reynold, Kemp, and Westover families (related by marriage) in Missisquoi County in the 19th and early 20th centuries. It is also of value as a source of information on the day-to-day activities of Towner Westover of East Dunham and the Methodist East Dunham Sunday School in the 1880s. It consists almost wholly of deeds (deeds of sale, mortgages, wills, estates, gifts, leases, and so on) notarized by members of the Chamberlin, Reynolds, Kemp, and Westover families but also includes a diary and account book. Elijah Kemp, a merchant in the seigneury of Saint-Armand; Orin J. Kemp of Frelighsburg; Joshua Chamberlin, a physician in the seigneury of Saint-Armand; and David Westover, an East Dunham land owner, are among the family members represented. The fonds is comprised of the following series: Kemp family (1812-1875), Chamberlin family (1840-1919), Reynolds family (1846-1894), Westover family (1880-1908), and Miscellaneous Documents ([1818?]-1878).

The fonds contains information on the butcher shop owned by Leeman Mackey and also on the Mackey family. It consists of several account books (1879-1938), a calendar (1926), a schoolbook (1908), a piano method (1969) and a few photographs (1909 & 1969). The photographs show T.S. Chapman in front of "Good Cheer Lodge" in 1909 and Kathleen Mackey with classmates at the Bishopton Intermediate School in 1969 (the last class before the closure of the school). The school book is autographed "Cora Brown". Among the account books are one for the Megantic Rifle Association (1879-1902), one that appears to be for a boarding house (1889-1892), and the others are from Leeman Mackey's butcher business.

Brent relates events from North Hatley and includes interesting notes on the outbreak of World War I (WWI). Many of her poems relate to local events, to the World Wars, and to Canadian and British politics. The fonds also provides information on the activities of Minnie's family members, including but not limited to: her husband Cecil H. Bowen, her son Lloyd H. Bowen, her daughter Rose Meredyth Bowen, Henry Bowen, Edward Bowen, Eleazar Clark, George Frederick Bowen, John Hallowell, William Bowen, Frank A. It consists of a train ticket from Marieville to Drummondville and Canadian Pacific Railway travel brochures in Quebec featuring the Laurentian Mountain District, Fishing and Shooting and Transatlantic Services, and a scrapbook. The compiler of the scrapbook is unknown and consists of theatre programmes, newspaper and magazine clippings, greeting cards, and two water colours, largely from Europe. It also includes references to a Gottinger Corps as well as documents pertaining to the death of Bishop Williams.
