The collection contains primary source materials relating to Alberta Everett (née Ross), her family, and the cultural heritage of the Eastern Townships from about the 1920s to 2017. It consists primarily of photographs, audiovisual recordings, and artefacts documenting events and celebrations around Eaton Township (Bulwer, Birchton, Bury), Lennoxville, and Hatley. It also consists of some textual records attesting to the personal lives of Alberta and her family. The collection is comprised of the following series: Family History ([ca. 1920s]- [ca. 1980]), Personal Life (1944-[ca. 1990]), and Townships History ([ca. 1930]-2017).
The fonds contains primary source information on the Dominion Lime Company in the Haut-Saint-Francois region (especially Dudswell) from 1875 to 1994, and in 2018. It consists largely of minutes, general financial ledgers, registers of shares and dividends, agreements, contracts, transfers, trademark documentation (certifications and renewals), correspondence, land surveys, lists of landholdings, a map, deeds of sale, leases, plans of property and machinery, inventories and production reports. The fonds is comprised of the following series: Administration and Management (1887-1896, 1923-1937, 1966, 1968), Financial Resources ([1890-1937?], 1966-1985), Legal Affairs (1875-[1907?], 1932-1975, 1990-1994), Buildings and Property ([1887-1970?]), Production (1944, 1975-1980).

Independent Order of Odd Fellows. Maxwell Rebekah Lodge, No. 17 fonds
The fonds contains source material on the organization and activities of the Maxwell Rebekah Lodge, No. 17, in Bishopton from 1907 to 1987. It consists of minutes from the Lodge and a roll book. The fonds is comprised of the following series: Minutes (1907-1956) and Membership (1921-1987).

The fonds contains information on the butcher shop owned by Leeman Mackey and also on the Mackey family. It consists of several account books (1879-1938), a calendar (1926), a schoolbook (1908), a piano method (1969) and a few photographs (1909 & 1969). The photographs show T.S. Chapman in front of "Good Cheer Lodge" in 1909 and Kathleen Mackey with classmates at the Bishopton Intermediate School in 1969 (the last class before the closure of the school). The school book is autographed "Cora Brown". Among the account books are one for the Megantic Rifle Association (1879-1902), one that appears to be for a boarding house (1889-1892), and the others are from Leeman Mackey's butcher business.

Fonds Fabrique Saint-Gabriel de Stratford
Ce fonds fournit de l'information sur l'histoire et le patrimoine de la paroisse, sur l'évolution de son territoire et sur sa fermeture. Il témoigne de la construction et du déplacement de l'église, ainsi que de sa reconstruction suite à deux incendies. Le fonds nous informe également sur la gestion administrative et financière de la paroisse, ainsi que sur l'achat, la vente, la rénovation et l'entretien des ressources mobilières et immobilières. Il nous renseigne aussi sur diverses associations et mouvements spirituels et sur la gestion des ressources humaines. Le fonds se compose de décrets, correspondance, procès-verbaux, documents financiers, étude de faisabilité, rapports, coupures de presse et plans. Le chercheur consultera avec profit le cahier de chroniques, les comptes rendus des visites pastorales, la fiche d'inventaire de l'église et les photographies. On y retrouve également des bénédictions apostoliques et des documents relatifs aux 125e et 150e anniversaires de la paroisse.

Ce fonds témoigne de la fondation de la paroisse, de l'érection de chemins de croix, de diverses bénédictions, de reliques, de la construction des bâtiments paroissiaux, des travaux de restauration patrimoniale et du déplacement de l'église, de la vente du presbytère et nous renseigne sur le territoire de la paroisse. Il fournit également de l'information sur l'organisation financière et le patrimoine de la paroisse, sur la création d'associations, sur la vie sociale ainsi que sur les activités paroissiales et pastorales. Le fonds se compose du décret d'érection canonique, des procès-verbaux de la Fabrique et des syndics, de documents financiers, des registres divers et des rapports annuels. Le chercheur consultera avec profit les cahiers d'éphémérides, les livres d'histoire, les cahiers d'annonces et prônes, les statistiques ainsi que le programme-souvenir du centenaire de Weedon. Le fonds contient également des documents relatifs à l'aménagement de l'église ainsi que des plans de l'église et du territoire. Des photographies, une fiche d'inventaire de l'église et des documents concernant les associations et les mouvements spirituels complètent ce fonds.

This photo was taken on the evening of June 20, 1956, after Henri Vachon had been elected as the Member of the National Assembly for Wolfe County in the provincial election held that same day. Henri Vachon is standing in the back of a convertible car. His wife, Marie-Anne Grégoire, is standing beside him. The names of the driver of the car as well as a lady in the front passenger seat and a little girl between them are unknown.
