The collection contains primary source materials relating to Alberta Everett (née Ross), her family, and the cultural heritage of the Eastern Townships from about the 1920s to 2017. It consists primarily of photographs, audiovisual recordings, and artefacts documenting events and celebrations around Eaton Township (Bulwer, Birchton, Bury), Lennoxville, and Hatley. It also consists of some textual records attesting to the personal lives of Alberta and her family. The latter documents are maps and informational documents about the Coalition's environmental projects and endeavors. (née Webster) Emery, the community of Hatley (village), and organizations in the area from 1888 to 1959. It consists of scrapbooks containing newspaper clippings, largely pertaining to the Hatley village area, as well as original poetry by Helen M. Emery. The scrapbooks were compiled by Helen M. Emery and continued by her daughter, Sadie (née Emery) Webster, following her death in 1923.

The fonds contains source material on the activities of Charles Stewart from 1815 to 1829, a time span that covers his work in England and Charleston (Hatley, Quebec), and for the SPG and part of his tenure as Bishop of the Diocese of Quebec. It consists of transcripts made by the Reverend James Reid, pastor of Trinity Church in Frelighsburg, in 1850 of ninety-one letters (ninety of which were written between 1815 and 1829) from Stewart to Reid. The transcripts bear comments made by the transcriber.
