Appended to the photocopy of the deed is a hand-drawn plan of the land concerned. It also consists of a receipt for a final mortgage payment received from Benjamin Burland by F.D. Gilbert in 1872, for part of lot 5, Range 1 and part of lot 7, Range 2 in Hatley.
