The fonds contains primary source information on the education and social activities of the Goodin family in Canterbury and Bury from the 1870s to 1950. It consists of largely of correspondence, school reports, exams, composition books and a photograph. Among the correspondence are two wedding invitations: one for the marriage of Augusta Bennett and Samuel Lake, and another for Lizzie Clark. The identified authors of the correspondence are: John and Lucy Goodwin - George's brother and sister-in-law, Allen Snelling, Robert Clark, and Janet Rowe. It consists of administrational documents pertaining the creation and the dissolution of the Coalition, as well as agendas and minutes that convey the board's meetings. There are also documents sent to members, reports on the Coalition's activities, financial documents and public relations documents. The latter documents are maps and informational documents about the Coalition's environmental projects and endeavors. The fonds also contains correspondence between the Coalition, members and the Québec Government., as well as a stamp of the logo of the Coalition.

The fonds contains information on the butcher shop owned by Leeman Mackey and also on the Mackey family. It consists of several account books (1879-1938), a calendar (1926), a schoolbook (1908), a piano method (1969) and a few photographs (1909 & 1969). The photographs show T.S. Chapman in front of "Good Cheer Lodge" in 1909 and Kathleen Mackey with classmates at the Bishopton Intermediate School in 1969 (the last class before the closure of the school). The school book is autographed "Cora Brown". Among the account books are one for the Megantic Rifle Association (1879-1902), one that appears to be for a boarding house (1889-1892), and the others are from Leeman Mackey's butcher business.

The fonds contains source material on the property, financial, and estate-related transactions of Frances Chamberlin Barnum's family and the Reynold, Kemp, and Westover families (related by marriage) in Missisquoi County in the 19th and early 20th centuries. It is also of value as a source of information on the day-to-day activities of Towner Westover of East Dunham and the Methodist East Dunham Sunday School in the 1880s. It consists almost wholly of deeds (deeds of sale, mortgages, wills, estates, gifts, leases, and so on) notarized by members of the Chamberlin, Reynolds, Kemp, and Westover families but also includes a diary and account book. Elijah Kemp, a merchant in the seigneury of Saint-Armand; Orin J. Kemp of Frelighsburg; Joshua Chamberlin, a physician in the seigneury of Saint-Armand; and David Westover, an East Dunham land owner, are among the family members represented. The fonds contains source material on the activities of Charles Stewart from 1815 to 1829, a time span that covers his work in England and Charleston (Hatley, Quebec), and for the SPG and part of his tenure as Bishop of the Diocese of Quebec. It consists of transcripts made by the Reverend James Reid, pastor of Trinity Church in Frelighsburg, in 1850 of ninety-one letters (ninety of which were written between 1815 and 1829) from Stewart to Reid. The transcripts bear comments made by the transcriber.
