L'autre partie des plans et des documents relatifs à l'histoire de la paroisse conservés à la chancellerie ont été remis par les chanceliers, entre 2000 et 2013. Des photographies et des documents concernant l'histoire de la paroisse ont été versés au Service, en 2007, par l'abbé Paul-É. Paré. En 2009, l'abbé Gilles Noël a versé d'autres documents provenant de la paroisse. Le chancelier a remis, en 2011 et 2012, des documents financiers conservés dans la réserve de la procure et au bureau de vérification des livres de fabrique.
