The fonds contains information on the activities and administration of the Société d'histoire et du patrimoine du Haut-St-François from 1979 to 2000. It consists largely of minutes, reports, research files, photographs, and special projects. It consists of the following series: Administration (1983-2000), Human Resources (1984-2000), Financial Resources (1984-2000), Moveable and Immoveable (1985-1995), Cooperation with other organizations (1979-1998), Membership (1985-1987), Projects (1912-1999), and Photographs.
The fonds consists of three items:
- Diploma. University of Bishop's College. George Borlase, B.A., 1855. Signed by Examiners H.M. Lower, J.H. Nicolls, H.H. Miles and by Chancellor J.S. McCord. With seal and ribbon. The seal shows an impression of the crest which is the earliest appearance of the crest and motto in the University Archives. The crest does not appear on any of the official university documents such as the Academic Calendar until 1894.
- Diploma. University of Bishop's College. George C.H. Borlase, B.A. 1930. Signed by Vice-Chancellor A.H. McGreer.
- Certificate. McGill University, School of Commerce. George C.H. Borlase, session 1931, 1932.
Consists of newspaper clippings, 1935-1937. "As reported from Bishop's University by George T. Mackey, then Staff Correspondent for The Star, at that time the highly regarded afternoon English-speaking daily, no longer published." Included also are clippings from December 1947, concerning the disappearance of Principal McGreer.

Manuscripts, drafts, lecture notes and associated materials related to scholarly research on the Septuagint by Professor Sidney Jellicoe. The fonds also includes lecture notes, bibliographical research notes, offprints, and early/founding records of the International Organization for Septuagint and Cognate Studies (IOSCS). The fonds consists of primary and secondary source documents relating to Norman Edson. The textual records include many secondary source documents relating to the career of Norman Edson. The photographs are the most important documents in the fonds as they are original reproductions printed by the artist and given to different clients and friends. Some of the photographs are originals that he colorized and framed. He also wrote the title on the back of the pictures.
Norman Stewart EdsonThe fonds consists of two bulky souvenir albums containing primary and secondary documents relating to the period when Albert Bethune Carley was in Europe as a military volunteer during WWI and his return to Canada. It includes many military documents, invitations, events programs and an important collection of personal photographs and commercial postcards depicting places that A.B.
