The fonds contains source material on the organization and activities of the Fidelity Rebekah Lodge, No. 33 in Ayer's Cliff from 1915 to 1982. It consists of a charter, minutes, certificates, and petitions for membership. The fonds is comprised of the following four series: Historical and Constituent Documents (1915), Minutes (1959-2001), Certificates (1918-1969), and Petitions for Membership (1916-1977).

Several of the photographic prints and negatives of covered bridges date from 1937 and 1947 but have been reproduced.

The file contains records that relate to the Royal Canadian Legion Provincial Curling Championship hosted by Branch 242 in North Hatley, Quebec, in 1998. It consists of an event booklet that contains sponsor advertisements and all details about the event, including results.

The file contains primary source information on the lumber business of E.R. Webster and L.A. Stearns in Ayer's Flat, in 1881. It consists of postcards between William White, Esq. of Sherbrooke; E.R. Webster of Ayer’s Flat; and L.A. Stearns of Ayer’s Flat, discussing the sale and transport of lumber.

The collection contains primary source materials relating to Alberta Everett (née Ross), her family, and the cultural heritage of the Eastern Townships from about the 1920s to 2017. It consists primarily of photographs, audiovisual recordings, and artefacts documenting events and celebrations around Eaton Township (Bulwer, Birchton, Bury), Lennoxville, and Hatley. It also consists of some textual records attesting to the personal lives of Alberta and her family. The collection is comprised of the following series: Family History ([ca. 1920s]- [ca. 1980]), Personal Life (1944-[ca. 1990]), and Townships History ([ca. 1930]-2017).

The series contains primary source information on the history of the Eastern Townships -- especially Bulwer, Birchton, and Lennoxville -- from about 1930 to 2017. It consists of documents and photographs pertaining to the 125th anniversary of Eaton Township in 1980 and documents pertaining to the Eaton Corner 1867 celebration in 2017. It also consists of photographs depicting the Bulwer Model School; a mock wedding around 1967; Bury Canada Day celebrations around 1994; and the Bulwer-Birchton Reunion Committee in 1995 or 1996, among others. The series also consists of VHS tape recordings of the Bulwer-Birchton Reunion in 1996; the St. Patrick's Day Variety Show in Bulwer in 2001; and Lennoxville Friendship Day in 2003. Finally, it consists of wooden nickels from Hatley Canada Day celebrations and pins from various villages, community organizations, and events.

It consists mainly of minutes, a charter, financial records, correspondence, membership list, member information, rental and use of the community centre, and fundraising.
