It consists of a Certificate of Honour from the Government of the Dominion of Canada for investing in the Second Victory loan, accompanied by a 1923 Canadian two dollar bill. It also consists of two black and white photographs: one of Curtis Ross and one of his blacksmith shop in Bulwer.
