The membership register in some instances shows the members' addresses, the sacrament received, the pastor who administered it, and the date it was performed. There are also general remarks, sometimes specifying the dates of members' death. The fonds also includes a photocopy of a photograph of Rev. Mary Lamson Joy Hadley, minister at Huntingville from 1913 to 1915.

The fonds contains source material on Richard William Heneker's involvement in the promotion of higher learning in 1884-1885 and on his work with the British American Land Company in 1895. It consists of two letters addressed to him, one signed by Robert N. Hall, M.P. for Sherbrooke 1882-1891, and the other by Sir George Stephen, financier, railway promoter, landowner, and associate of Richard William Heneker in the Paton Manufacturing Company. The letter from Hall, dated 10 April 1884, pertains to the projected visit by the Governor General the Marquis of Lansdowne during University of Bishop's College Convocation. Stephen's letter, dated 21 June 1885, relates to the need for financial support for higher education. Sir George Stephen considered granting a sum of $1,000 to be used for bursaries in the name of the Paton Manufacturing Company. It is very likely this sum was intended for University of Bishop's College. It also consist of a deed of conveyance, dated 19 February 1895, between the British American Land Company and Charles A. Joyce.

By consulting the deeds for his properties, his insurance policies, his leases, and the receipts for his land-tax payments, researchers can get a good idea of the value of his holdings. The mortgages, promissory notes, and other financial documents testify to the importance of financial activities in his life. The inheritance documents provide a record of the management of his first wife's inheritance, his own, and that of his second wife, who died in 1895. The only information the fonds contains on his mayorship consists of a confirmation that he served as Mayor of Barnston.
