It consists of information on the activities of the Hatley Water Company, the Village of Hatley, Funding Co. Ltd., North Hatley Historical Society, Stanstead Historical Society, Ayer's Cliff Water Company, LeBaron & Co., Massawippi Country Club, Connaught Inn Co., among others. It consists of correspondence, quit claims by Joseph Ives to the Trustees of Charleston Academy, a benefit certificate for W. Frederick Willar, legal agreements between Alexander Frederick George Nichol and Catharine M. Robertson, ratification by Dame Ruth Jackson and Sarah An Jackson, deed of donation by Thomas Stevenson to Miss Mary and Catherine Stevenson, Grace Christian Home pamphlets, a partial letter from a soldier ("Billy") to Bernice during World War II, a farm account book, a North Hatley post-war concert program entitled "Welcome Home!" (1946), North Hatley High School year book (1952), book of rhymes entitled "Random Rhymes: Headlines out of the Past" by H. Carl Mayhew, part of Ayer's Cliff-Hatley phone directory ([1974?]), a flyer for St. Barnabas Church Thanksgiving service (1997), and a biography of photographer Alfred W. Bassett. It consists of some photocopied material.


The series contains primary source material on four calendars produced by separate organizations, probably in the 1930s. It consists of calendars for R.B Reed & Sons of North Hatley, Missiquoi and Rouville Mutual Fire Insurance Company of Freleighsburg (which features a view of the Experimental Farm in Lennoxville), A.H Ham and Stanstead County Women's Institutes.
