This sub-series contains documents related to various government Bill 27, 62, and 63 from 1969-1972, including copies of the Bills, reports, correspondence, applications, news clippings, circulars, question and answer document, meeting notices, and newsletters. The content includes documentation as to how the local school boards responded to the various Bills.
This series contains photographs and negatives taken in between 1948 to around 1985 of agricultural fairs, award ceremonies, group pictures, animals being shown in competitions, horse races, and people engaging in agricultural tasks. Many of these photographs are stamped with Office Provincial de Publicité Quebec - Service de Ciné-Photographie on the verso, they also frequently depict Donald MacMillan as a judge in these agricultural shows or a participant in an event. The series is arranged by year in the following files: 1948, 1950, 1951, 1953, 1954, 1955, 1956, 1957, 1959, 1960, 1961, 1963, 1964, 1966, [1983?], [1985?].
