The sub-series contains information on the history and founding of the Sherbrooke Hospital Foundation from 1914 to 2005. It consists of histories, letters patent, correspondence, a charter, and by-laws. It also contains information on the history of the Sherbrooke Hospital, a copy of “Recollections of the Sherbrooke Hospital in the 1950s” by Dr. E.A. Cooper, and a history of the medical staff at Sherbrooke Hospital from 1975 to 1985. The sub-series is comprised of the following files: History (1914-2005), Letters Patent (1973-1997), By-laws (1971-[2005?]).

Photographs

The series contains information on the activities of the Sherbrooke Hospital Foundation from around the 1950s to 2008. It consists of photographs of nurse Isabelle Marshall, Charles F. Smith Jr., the inauguration of a swing and electric beds made possible by a donation by the Foundation, and from awards evenings.
