The Archives are open Monday-Friday, 9am-12pm, 1pm-4-pm (some exceptions apply). The Archivist’s Office is located in the Library Learning Commons (LLC003) on Bishop's University campus. The Eastern Townships library collection is housed in Old Library, McGreer Hall building on the campus of Bishop’s University and is open to the public Monday-Friday, 9AM-12Pm, 1PM-4:30PM. Reproduction services
If you would like to order print or digital reproductions of materials held by the ETRC, please contact the ETRC Head Archivist at etrc2@ubishops.ca or 819-822-9600, extension 2261.
Fees for reproductions are outlined in our Price List. An invoice will be issued to the individual or company placing the order and print or digital reproductions will be provided upon receipt of payment.
To make a request for reproductions, please specifically provide:
- the title(s) of the fonds that the item(s) belong to;
- the title(s) of the specific item(s) to be reproduced; and
- link(s) to the specific item(s)’ descriptions in the Eastern Townships Archives Portal, if applicable.
