Biographical history

C. Wynne Dickson was from Richmond, Quebec. He received a B.A. in Education from Bishop's University in 1932. He was a teacher in Noranda, Quebec 1933-1937; Principal Montreal North School 1937-1940; Inspector Department of Education Quebec 1940-1945; Supervisor R.D.A. Protestant Central School Board Richmond Quebec 1945-(?). Mr. Dickson died on April 17, 1998 in Melbourne, Quebec.

Correspondence pertaining to the Fourth Commonwealth Education Conference held in Lagos, Nigeria, February 26 to March 9, 1968. Mr. C. Wynne Dickson was at the time Associate Deputy Minister of Education, Province of Quebec. He participated as a member of the Canadian delegation.

      and Betty Mueller Dickson in memory of Doris Dickson Gallop ’23 and C. Wynne Dickson ’32. It is awarded annually to a student with high academic standing in the School of Education. Preference given to an indigenous student and/or
      a student from the Eastern Townships.
